P3M3® Audit

Through CUPE Ltd we can offer you a range of P3M3 Audit options which will provide you with pragmatic and usable recommendations for improvement in portfolio, program and project management maturity.

We can deliver the Audit report in several European languages, including German, French, Dutch and Spanish.

Two levels of audit are available:

Simple Audit

The framework for the interviews will be a simplified version of the APMG P3M3® Assessment Questionnaire which is only available to APMG-certified Consulting Organizations.  It examines 7 perspectives (Management Control, Benefits Management, Financial Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Risk Management, Organizational Governance and Resource Management) as well as 5 general attributes (is your project management method embedded in your organization, is training available, etc).

Superior Audit

The framework for the interviews will be the full APMG P3M3® Assessment Questionnaire which is only available to APMG-certified Consulting Organizations.  This covers the same areas as the simplified questionnaire but in more depth.

The Superior Audit also enables several additional optional levels of analysis, using tools developed by APMG-International together with Helmsman Institute and with ChangeTrack® Research:

Maturity Index Benchmarking and Predictive Insight – References data collected over many years from organizations across many sectors and geographies, these tools provide answers to the questions:

  • How does my own organization’s maturity compare with similar organizations in my industry and geography?
  • What is the right level of maturity for my organization to handle the challenges it faces without unnecessary investment?
  • What are the priority areas for improvements where investment offers the greatest return and value for money without increasing bureaucracy and costs?
  • How can we identify projects outside the norm that require different levels of controls?

Change Tracker - Explains how attractive the project outcomes and its products are to future Users and other stakeholders; suggestions for improvement in satisfaction are provided.

Project Success Tracker - Helps to understand what can be done to fine-tune how a project is being managed, maximizing achievement of the project objectives to deliver business success.
