Courses in Ulm

BRITAX Römer is a leading manufacturer of children's safety equipment, employing circa 1100 people in 9 countries and with a turnover of 161 M EUR (2007).

We won a competition to deliver PRINCE2® training to approximately 20% of the workforce at the European headquarters in Ulm (Germany) and a facility in Andover (UK).  Subsequently we were also asked to provide training at the global headquarters in Chertsey (UK).

We delivered 10 courses in both English and German in Ulm and 3 courses in the UK over a 3 month period. All of the 96% of course participants who responded to the course evaluation survey said that they would recommend the course that they took to others.

We followed up the training with regular consulting sessions with the newly-established Project Office.  These sessions covered how to enhance an existing product development management framework so that it upholds the PRINCE2® principles.  We also providied guidance on rolling-out PRINCE2® to other areas of the business where previously no formal project management process was in place.

We believe that that our fair pricing, our flexibility in meeting the detailed requirements of our client, our ability to deliver training in several languages internationally, to mix training and consultancy and the superb quality of our trainers were all significant factors that allowed us to successfully win this business and successfully deliver on our promise to our client.
